Subito Farm
Cindy spins yarn from fleeces purchased at Sheep and wool festivals throughout New England.
Her handspun yarn is available for sale in natural colors. Sarah dyes the yarn in beautiful
mixes of color. Some of her yarn is self-striping for socks or hats. Both Cindy and Sarah
design original knitting patterns and there designs can be seen framing our booth at the market.
Sarah makes adorable origami earrings and barrettes. There are occasionally hand knitted and
hand felted items for sale as well. Finally Sarah and Cindy hand craft soap in small batches
from natural vegetable oils such as olive, coconut and palm with pleasing fragrances from
essential oils such as peppermint, lavender, and sandalwood. Many of our items have an
equestrian theme (soap, knitting patterns) inspired by our horses at Subito Farm.

Pies From Kitchens Past
Pies From Kitchens Past creates sweet and savory seasonal fruit and vegetable pies using my Mum's original
recipe from the 1940's. We worked side by side as she taught me her technique for these pies which are elegant
in their simplicity, over 30 years ago. Both the traditional and whole wheat pastry crusts are always made
from 100% organic ingredients and fresh local seasonal fruits and vegetables. When available to me, I use 100%
organically grown fruits and vegetables from a local farmer in the pies, for a totally organic product. Piettes
the size of your palm, are also available filled with all natural fruit fillings grown and created locally. I
use the minimal amount of organic sugar in my sweet vegetable and fruit pies to allow the true flavors to come through.
